download image to open in photoshop.
choose any color under the rainbow that you would like, and color on the 'color' layer, color the eyes mane, tail and body any color your heart desiers.
then save it as a jpeg or what ever you like! and waa laa your done!. unless of coarse you want to add a background to it!
and you are allowed to remove the watermark and the words ^^
also if it doesn't open i have no idea in how to help you.
**EDIT**
If it doesn't open, open it in Fireworks, Open other programs (There where that little white arrow is that gives you option to work futher on it in other programs on the top right corner) and save as ".psd" then try reopen the saved .psd in Photoshop, it's suppose to work then. And what ever you do, do not change anything in that file in Fireworks

If it doesn't open in Fireworks, then that file is corrupted. Try emailing then.
